Mission and Vision Statement

 Mission:

​Our mission is to create a voluntary pledge where our business community, leadership teams, leaders, and government officials unite and improve our current environment by voluntarily working together to improve Diversity, Inclusion, and social equality in our society.

Vision:

Diversity. Inclusion. Social Equality. They're more than just words; they are also action, empathy, and a movement. Moreover, they're the hard-and-fast principles to transform our society. We are taking action to build our business community, cultivate unity, and create a culture that's the right fit for every person in our society.  ​

Pledge to these three words:

Diversity is an absolute necessity in today’s workplace.

Inclusion will create diversity and a unique structure in the business community. 

Inclusion will then create Social Equality in society.

DISEP focuses on advancing equality, diversity, and inclusion for all by influencing our nation’s CEOs, leaders, government officials, and community leaders to focus on systemic change.

All commitments are voluntary and last for five to ten years. DISEP challenges the top levels of every company and the federal and state government. We are committed to improving the work, social, and life equality of all employees and community members. We will achieve this by:]​

1. Creating a space where business and community leaders come together to volunteer and pledge actionable ways to promote equality;

2. Engaging in strategic and intentional company-wide assessment from the top tier to the bottom tier of each company (assessment is customized to company needs);

3. Reviewing all data found via internal and external resources (i.e., interview employees, attend all levels of meetings, etc.);

   1. Leveraging leadership commitment and dedicated support to initiatives on life-long changes and thereby having a concrete impact on each company and community.
